When looking at any business opportunity, it’s important to understand how much available support you have in helping you to be successful.

We have assembled expertise and technology to help you become successful. If you are new to network marketing, there are two terms thrown around quite a bit:

Up Line - Your up line is the organization/individuals that are above you (i.e. the person who enrolled you and the person that enrolled them).

Down Line - Your down line consists of everyone that is below you in your organization and counts towards your overall product volume.

A common complaint in the network marketing industry is that your up line is not helpful and/or not available to help you succeed. If you are seriously considering joining a specific network marketing opportunity (whether it be Zrii or another company), one of the biggest factors that will determine your success is the help of your up line. Inquire and speak to as many people that you can in your prospective up line prior to “signing on the dotted line” so to speak. Your goal is to treat this as if you are interviewing them.

So why join our team?

Availability - We all see the potential here and while some will do this part time many of us are working Zrii full-time. They consistently make themselves available for training, meetings, and if needed are even willing to meet with your prospects for third-party validation.

Weekly Meetings - You don't need to run your business like this, but it is available, there are multiple opportunities in any given week to attend a informational meeting about Zrii. These are great events to invite prospects to so that you do not have to “be the message”.

Savvy Sales & Marketing - It was important for me to attach to a team that understands sales and marketing. The Zrii corporate stuff is really good, but it’s also important to have a good team behind you that can market and sell effectively.

Already successful with Zrii - Having immediate access to five-star, seven-star, eight-star and even nine-star people within Zrii is rare and our team has it! If you are not familiar with the rankings, ten-star is as high as it gets. From my perspective, the five-star level is when you start seeing some real income coming your way.

Sincere desire to help - While our up line has incentives to help people through the tremendous Zrii compensation plan, the quality of individuals and sincere desire to see people succeed in this business stands out!

Technology - Whether you need help to produce your own blog or website, or use the tools already present (i.e. this blog), we can help you achieve your goals. We are capable of producing live webinars, or recorded video-casts. Or we can create dynamic and professional presentations for your own meetings.
